FEES

A. We will charge you the FLAT FEE of $________________.

If the above-mentioned legal fee is based on your membership in a legal services plan, and in the event you cease to be a plan member, your hourly rate will revert to this firm's usual and customary charge for similar matters.

DESSEN, MOSES & ROSSITTO is NOT obligated to provide you with any legal services until the payment terms set forth above have been met. You have the right to terminate our services, in writing, at any time. We can terminate our services upon written notice to you if you fail to cooperate with us in any reasonable request, fail to pay the monthly statement in full or if we determine that it would be unethical or impractical to continue our representation.

There is a minimum billing of .10 hours (6 minutes) for any telephone calls to or from you or anyone involved in your case, and a minimum billing of .20 hours (12 minutes) for any written correspondence we send.

Bills unpaid after 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year). Your signature below acknowledges that the above terms and conditions accurately reflect your understanding of our attorney-client relationship.
